Most personable franchise I have ever come across. Staff goes above and beyond. Deals and delivery are both reasonable and on time. Quality is better than I expected. If you ever have an issue, please contact them and they will go above and beyond for you. I have found myself trapped ordering more than once per week knowing I'll get the same satisfaction each time. Owner is very down to earth and stands behind his product. Will be an extremely loyal customer as long as there is free delivery.

Firstly, I am glad that there is finally a Sbarro that delivers since I have always enjoyed their food tremendously. The order was delivered in a timely fashion, the driver was very friendly, and the food was hot and delectable. It has become more or less of a ritual for me to order on Saturdays at work for my cheat meal. Havent gone wrong since. Beyond satisfying.

All the food that I ordered was delicious. I appreciated the patience of the staff as I added on items after I placed my order. It was my second time placing an order. I plan to be a regular customer as I do not like to cook and I live by myself. The amount of food is so much that I will have to freeze some to eat later. Thank you very much.

Thank Gawd for Sbarros!!! I was getting really tired of the usual places around here! The delivery person was super sweet, came on time, and bought extra utensils. Kudos for that. The food was hot and very delicious. Turned my hangriness into happiness. I will be ordering again.

WONDERFUL! The online process was so easy. I had specific requests for a few orders and everything was done as requested. I work in a busy office so to be able to do this with such ease was fantastic. My co-workers were happy as well. We will definitely order from here again!
